Enscriptured is a project I’ve had cooking for a while. While there are any number of Bible reading plans out there, there are not many resources available to help people create their own. Some Bible study software, such as Logos offer some outstanding tools to create reading plans, but those tools are not available to people who do not have the software.

Enter Enscriptured. A free site for anyone to create highly customized Bible reading plans.

With Enscriptured, you can specify a variety of settings to create simple or complex Bible reading plans. Here are some examples. Click the link to go to the reading plan created at Enscriptured.

Read the Torah (Genesis through Deuteronomy) in three months

A 6-month plan with a New Testament reading and a Psalm reading every day

A yearly plan with four divisions: OT, Wisdom (Psalms, Proverbs, etc), Gospels, and NT

Right now, the site is capable of building the customized reading plan, though not much more, and without a pretty interface. At some point in the future I will make everything more user friendly and add additional features allowing users to track and share their reading plans through the site.
